Lindsey holds a masters degree in nonprofit management and social entrepreneurship from the University of Baltimore.

She has worked as an administrator in nonprofit organizations of various orientations including regional theatres and major universities. As a front of house manager, she has planned, programmed, and executed events of all sizes, including a talk with former Vice President Al Gore, an arts festival with over 5,000 attendees, and the regional competition for the world's largest acapella organization.

As the Administrative Director of the Literary Managers and Dramaturgs of the Americas (LMDA), she handles all financial transactions, including bookkeeping, contract execution, and donations. She supports the work of the organization by maintaining the administrative integrity, improving upon best practices and creating new processes in the interest of organizational stability.
