Lindsey holds a masters degree in nonprofit management and social entrepreneurship from the University of Baltimore.
Her experience in nonprofit management spans organizations of all sizes. From the small professional theatre just getting started to the large international organization with decades of institutional history, she thrives in complex, fast-paced, and collaborative environments. Lindsey leads teams from a space of generosity, flexibility, and adaptability, acknowledging that both data-driven and broad-based collaborative approaches are often required in tandem to work through high level analytical challenges unique to every organization.
Lindsey has served in leadership roles with the Literary Managers and Dramaturgs of the Americas (LMDA) since 2018 and as Executive Director since 2022. In this role, she facilitates the organization's annual conference and guides its broader service to the field. Her work has included leading the development of resources addressing professional conditions for dramaturgs, including a contract resource packet, compensation calculator, and organizational statement on the use of artificial intelligence in dramaturgy.
